IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS GONE MISSING OR IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT:
Before you email us about your package the first thing you need to do is contact USPS or your local post office and open a missing package case! Often times the package is missing or marked as delivered because it is being returned to sender! Usually a delivery attempt was made but they were not able to leave the package! Be sure to ask neighbors if they received your package by mistake! These problems are issues with the USPS and need to be taken up with them first before contacting us, as this will be exactly what we tell you to do before we can help you further! Thank you so much!

Do you think your package has gone missing? Have 30 days passed since it was shipped? Well, you're in luck! As of November 14th, 2017, ALL packages come with shipping insurance. Insurance covers all lost or damaged merchandise up to $100. Please email me if 30 days have passed! (40 days for international customers).
All insurance claims will require the customer to sign an affidavit.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS first class shipping and have a tracking number. Orders are shipped out within 1-5 business days of when the order was placed. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity purchased and your location within the United States.
